Carving the Pumpkin

So I thought this year Nainoa would finally enjoy taking the seeds out of the pumpkin. I went out bought one pumpkin from Walmart and took forever to pick a pretty one out. Then went over to Trader Joes to get a smaller one for Kai. Again, I took forever picking a pretty one out you know one with a nice color, round, with a stem, hardly any blemishes etc. Yes I know they are real so they aren't perfect like the fake ones from the Micheal's craft store! I'm just crazy like that I guess. As you can see we only carved one pumpkin doh! So one is still uncarved oh well it's so pretty to look at. Jonathan carved the one pumpkin and Nainoa was suppose to help take the seeds out. He was excited about it until it was time to take the seeds out! Oh well maybe next year when he's four. Kai didn't want anything to do with it either.
